1.Fix the issue where the blue LED turns on when the channel knob is turned while the device is powered off due to low battery

2.Fix the issue where the TOT time is initialized when the device is turned on/off from the menu, even when the TOT time is set to 10 seconds or more in CPS.

3.Improve the sound generated from the transmitting device when setting the UDR Tone.

4.Add a feature to allow users to check the S-Model version within CPS.
