  1.Add a function to turn the blue LED on or off in the CPS                                                        

  2.Improve Squelch Level 3 performance in Analog mode

       - Modify the squelch to open  -2 to -3 dBm differently in the "Loose" setting and the "Normal" setting.                                             

  3. Modify the feature to prevent transmission on channels without a frequency.
